TEDxVinetaWomen presents a night of invigorating talks from leading women and men around the country.

There are women who have done things in areas previously considered male-dominated. For
them to see a representation of themselves in industries that were previously considered taboo
for women of colour.

We would like the listener to see that there is no reason to dismantle existing systems with brute force but to rather find ways where men and women can work together to create a better world.

Focusing on the concept that a bird with one wing can not fly.

Our community being a multi generational and multi racial we see a lot of disparity and disconnect in the community.

We believe that there is a better way to reach consensus than to focus on past hurts and causing more divide in the community.
